MEET THE

Tom was born in Indianapolis, IN and has been a resident ever since. He attended Cathedral High School and Noblesville High School when his parents moved up to Noblesville in high school. Tom has always had a passion for helping people and selling vehicles. He has been in the car business since he was 18 years old. After various jobs in the auto industry, he decided to start his own company in 1997. Stark Leasing has been on top of the auto leasing world since it began.

Tom is married to Maureen Stark and has 4 children and 11 grand children! He loves to spend time in Florida, play golf, be with family and go out on his boat.

Chris was born in Cleveland, OH and his parents moved to Indy when he was only 1 year old. Indianapolis has been his home since but family ties are still in Cleveland. He has adopted his father’s passion for Cleveland sports team, even when they are bad! He attended St. Pius X grade school, Bishop Chatard High School and Purdue University. Chris has been with Stark Leasing now for over 10 years and has been groomed into manager role.

Chris is married to Ashley Burchard and have 2 young children that keep his energy up. He lives in Fishers and loves to golf, boat, watch sports and travel with his wife.

Kent was born and raised in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and has very deep Norwegian roots! He graduated from Taylor University in 1987 with a degree in Business and went on to get his Master’s in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix a few years later. All throughout his life he has had a love for all things cars and had a small auto detailing business to help him get thru college.  He was in the education and telecommunications arena before he started helping clients lease and purchase vehicles over 25 years ago with HM Brown and Associates in Denver, Colorado! Kent was in the top 5 of over 50 auto consultants for 23 years running and was Co-Broker of the year 2 times during his tenure. After moving to Indianapolis in the fall of 2022, he decided to join Stark Leasing to continue his passion in helping people and organizations have a good experience finding vehicles.

Kent is married to his college sweetheart and has 2 kids and 1 grandson. He loves to travel, play golf, attend basketball games at all levels and is a foodie at heart!

Drake was born in Carmel, IN and attended Carmel High School and then IU University in Bloomington. Drake has always had a passion for cars, he thinks it started with his dad. He has worked at Stark Leasing for over 2 years and has learned a lot in his short career. Drake has a passion for gaming, the Colts, and plants. He has 14 plants in his office! A green thumb.

Drake’s family still resides in Carmel, IN so he spends time with them and his friends going around town. He always up for a good car discussion!
